Delivery Format and
Method of Instruction

A comprehensive hybrid education model combining digital mastery with intensive hands-on clinical proficiency.

Hybrid Educational Model & Digital Coursework

Dynamic Release Techniques (DRT) provides a hybrid educational model combining online preparatory instruction with live, in-person clinical training. Before attending the seminar, participants complete the required ten hours of online materials covering the principles 0f Manipulations Under Anesthesia, patient selection criteria, indications, contraindications, documentation requirements, and the clinical application of Soft Tissue and Osseous Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) for chronic disorders. Students gain an understanding of STOMUA procedural protocols, pre-operative considerations, observational clinical techniques, and the pathway to implementing STOMUA within a hospital or ambulatory surgery center setting.

Live In-Person Clinical Training

During the in-person portion of the seminar, participants work directly with DRT instructors and fellow attendees to develop palpation, tissue assessment, patient positioning, and hands-on treatment skills. Instruction includes instructor demonstrations, supervised partner practice, clinical application, and individualized feedback.

Competency Examinations & Professional Verification

After completing the required online education and in-person training, participants demonstrate their knowledge and technical proficiency through written and practical competency examinations. Successful completion confirms that the participant has met the minimum educational and clinical standards established by Dynamic Release Techniques for the appropriate use of the techniques within their professional scope of practice.
