Our Participant Consent, Assumption of Risk & Release and accommodation requests may ask about health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, emergency contacts, or accommodation needs that are relevant to safe participation. We use this information only to keep participants safe, provide accommodations, and manage our programs.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Registration, attendance, and CE records are kept for [CE record retention period] to meet continuing education and legal recordkeeping requirements. 7. International participants

DRT is based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. Our adventure travel programs take place in other countries, and we may share information with travel suppliers located there as needed to deliver your trip. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights as required.
