NOR is a specific stretching methodology designed to release restrictive tension across interconnected fascial planes. The technique uses controlled positioning, direction-specific stretching, and precise sequencing to improve tissue length, fascial glide, and movement through connected anatomical regions. The goal is not aggressive manipulation, The goal is controlled fascial release through precise stretching and the untwisting the Fascia and restore proper movement.
