Seminar Registration Agreement
This Seminar Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you, the registered participant, and Dynamic Release Techniques (“DRT”). It applies to each DRT seminar, online module, and course you register for. You accept this Agreement by checking the box at registration. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Grievance Policy, Participant Consent, Assumption of Risk & Release, Scope of Practice & Eligibility Acknowledgment, and Code of Conduct.
1. What you are registering for
Your registration covers the program, tier, and inclusions shown on your confirmation. Current seminar pricing is $1,899 for the full course, with $899 and $999 tiers. Attendees in the $1,899 tier may opt out of the 16-hour online STOMUA module for $350 off (seminar only: $1,549). The $899 and $999 tiers do not include an opt-out. Neuro Mobilization (Advanced) is offered as a separate course. Adventure travel packages are itemized as “Travel package + Seminar” or “Travel package.”
2. Your attestations
By registering, you confirm that:
- the information you provide, including your license type, number, jurisdiction, and expiration, is true, complete, and current;
- you hold an active, unrestricted professional license, or you are a student enrolled in a program that leads to licensure, as described in the Scope of Practice & Eligibility Acknowledgment;
- you will tell DRT promptly if your license is suspended, restricted, or placed on probation before or during the program;
- you carry professional liability (malpractice) insurance where your practice requires it;
- you are enrolling to build your own clinical skills; and
- no licensing board, court, or public registry has found or recorded that you engaged in sexual misconduct, abuse, or harassment.
DRT may ask for proof of licensure and may decline or cancel a registration that does not meet these requirements.
3. Course materials license
Your registration lets you use DRT course manuals, videos, online module content, and other materials for your own learning and for treating your own patients within your scope. This permission is personal to you and cannot be transferred, and DRT keeps ownership of all materials. Sharing, reselling, posting, or teaching DRT materials or techniques, or using them to build another course, requires DRT’s written permission. Online module access is for you alone; do not share your login. Access to members-only DRT online content and resources is tied to your current registration or certification and may end when it lapses. You agree not to dispute, or help anyone else dispute, DRT’s ownership of its materials, names, and marks.
4. Recording
Please keep cameras, phones, and recorders off during instruction unless DRT has approved recording in advance. If DRT approves, keep the recording private and use it only to review the material yourself. Recording a fellow participant always requires that person’s consent, and any participant or instructor may ask you to stop.
5. Attendance, assessments, and certificates
Certificates of completion and any continuing education credit require full attendance, completion of the online module where it is part of your tier, and successful completion of required assessments. DRT records attendance and online participation time. Partial attendance may result in no certificate. CE hours are pending approval; see the Continuing Education Disclosure.
6. DRT certification and recertification
DRT reviews each participant’s attendance and assessments and issues certification to those who meet every certification requirement. Certification shows completion of DRT education only. It is not a license, does not expand your legal scope of practice, and is not an endorsement of your clinical services by DRT. Certification may require periodic recertification, as described at registration. DRT may suspend or revoke certification for misrepresentation, loss of licensure, or conduct that violates this Agreement or the Code of Conduct.
7. Use of DRT names and marks by certified participants
Certified participants may truthfully state that they have completed DRT training or are DRT-certified while their certification is current. Using DRT logos, presenting yourself as DRT staff, faculty, or a business partner of DRT, or featuring DRT names in advertising beyond that truthful statement requires DRT’s written permission. Any future DRT list of certified participants will show training status only. It is not a recommendation of any clinician, and DRT will remove entries whose certification is no longer current.
When you mention DRT in your own materials, make clear that your practice, not DRT, provides your clinical services, use the ™ symbol where DRT uses one, and follow any brand guidelines DRT issues. Do not put DRT names in a business name, domain name, social media handle, or email address, combine them with other words or logos to create a new brand, or use them in a way that could mislead people about your relationship with DRT or your certification level, or that reflects poorly on DRT. If DRT asks, send copies of your materials that mention DRT within 14 days. When your certification ends, stop describing yourself as DRT-certified.
8. Professional responsibility and indemnity
You are solely responsible for your clinical decisions and for practicing within your license and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRT and its directors, officers, instructors, volunteers, and staff from claims that result from the care you provide to patients, from any failure to follow this Agreement, or from any unauthorized use of DRT materials or marks.
9. Remedies for misuse
Misuse of DRT materials, names, or marks can cause harm that money alone cannot repair, so DRT may ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy. If DRT takes legal action to enforce this Agreement or protect its intellectual property and prevails, you agree to pay DRT’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent the law allows.
10. Ending this Agreement
DRT may end your participation, without refund, if you materially breach this Agreement or the Code of Conduct. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 continue after the program ends.
11. Governing terms
This Agreement is governed by the governing law, venue, and limitation of liability provisions of the Terms & Conditions.
